RoryLee Makeup has a 15 day exchange policy, from the time of package arrival. We require all returns to be processed through our customer service team, if you do not reach out to them, and return your products without their consent, an exchange cannot be initiated. We also require customers to package their returns appropriately. We will do everything to ensure you have the products that you’ll love. Thank you for entrusting your beauty in our hands.
